Payments can be made for our products and services whilst mobile or in the workshop via Eftpos, Online Card Payment or Direct Transfer through our Online Invoices. Surcharge of 2.2% does apply for both Eftpos & Online Card Payments, Invoices are due 7 days from date of service. Late payments are subject to a $10/day late fee unless otherwise organised. All products remain the property of The Bike Doctor until payment has been made in full, If payment is not made on a product or service. The Bike Doctor reserves the right to Remove and/or Sell the Product/s to recoup costs.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
The Bike Doctor does not provide warranty on the products and services it provides, However the products we supply are subject to their own warranties by manufacturers. In the event of a product failure or problem. Feel free to contact us so we can rectify the issue directly with the manufacturer.

SERVICE AND REPAIR
Bicycles that have been dropped off to our workshop must be paid for within 30 days, or the item will be sold to recoup costs. If the service has been paid the bicycle must also be collected within 30 days or else a storage fee of $5 per day may be charged. Bicycles that are not collected within 90 days will be disposed of.
